The Wintech Compuline is a state of the art cutting line for sheeting and profiling expanded polystyrene (EPS) and other rigid and semi-rigid foams. It is a dual technology machine with multiple hotwires that are automatically positioned to the specified quantity and spacing by the system computer, and an abrasive wire cutting frame.

The Compuline is available with either 20, 30 or 40 hotwires and a manually loaded 10 wire vertical trimmer. The Compuline has many advantages including small footprint, rapid job set-up, accurate wire spacing, high productivity sheet-cutting and the increased efficiency that comes with multiple wire profiling.

Like all of Wintech’s machines, the Compuline is controlled by the simple-to-use Wintech assisted design, nesting and machine control program that makes the operation of the machine easy to staff at all levels.
