The Wintech Horizontal Axis Oscillating Blade Contour Cutter is a state of the art profiler that is unique in the market. The Machine cuts on a horizontal axis, and coupled with an optional manual turntable, complex shapes can be profiled simply and reliably all by a single operator. The Horizontal Blade Contour Cutter provides revolutionary new ways of profiling foam with unprecedented flexibility, accuracy and ease of use. All profiling and slicing of a block can occur without it ever leaving the machine, resulting in levels of automation and efficiency.

Unlike continuous blade machines, Wintech’s patented high speed oscillating blade design allows unlimited twisting of the blade in each direction, so the shape designer does not need to be concerned with where to untwist the blade and the extra time taken to do so. The blade stroke of 46mm at 50 cycles per second is at speeds up to double that of conventional machines.
