The Wintech Fastwire Computer Controlled Contour Cutter is a state of the art profiler that combines versatility, accuracy and reliability to cut a wide spectrum of rigid and semi rigid foams gained over 15 years of contour cutting machine designs. It uses a high speed abrasive wire running in excess of 70m/sec ensuring it can profile almost all foams available on the market. The wire is positioned using precision stepper motors, providing speed and accuracy of travel.

Teamed with the powerful Wintech Profiler software, the Fastwire is equally at home with profiling small prototype runs to large production runs, guaranteeing improved yields, quality and repeatability each time.

For efficient parallel cutting of EPS, the Fast-wire can be optionally fitted with either 10 manually set hotwires or a full 40-wire Compuset system.

The machines moving cutting frame and fixed table design allows it to cut blocks which are almost as long as the machine itself, saving valuable factory floor space.
